Giri Laba Islands – An amazing Scenery

The next destination is quite far away and getting closer to the Komodo Island, East Nusa Tenggara. The view along the way of brown hills are incredibly beautiful. Calm sailing ship splitting the hills and  sun rays between the expanse of blue sky. Sometimes you will see flying fish.

Spectacular views stand strong when the ship docked to the Gili Laba islands. Sea water surrounded by blue hills are dominated by a handful of brown grass tree. To view a more powerful scenery, you must climb the hill. The journey is quite difficult to climb the mountain fo those who not used to climb. The dust flying, the weather is hot and the steep path make tired physically.

 

Actually, without having to go up to the topmost peak of hills, the scenery of Gili Laba is extraordinary beautiful. You will be running out of words to describe the charm of Gili Laba. Cuase of crystal clear sea water, we could see the coral-reef fom the hill. Time seemed to stop spinning, there was only the song of the wind and the sound of an eagle passing by.

 
It took about 30 minutes to reach the top of the hill. You must be crazy taking pictures of the scenery of Gili Laba.

Tips:

If you’re not strong enough physically, it’s suggested not to climb until top of hills.

The air along the journey is so hot, so fo those who wanna climb, just prepare physically.

Do not use sneakers or flip-flops. It is advisable to wear sandals with socks or mountain special climbing shoes.

It’s adivisable to bring a small backpack containing mineral water and snacks or meals.
